Vocal Pro and Acting
I had to perform my song today as a monologue. Of course, as always- there was a bit of drama. Someone is always defending me and while I love that- it was extremely distracting today and caused a bit of discord. I made it through without an anxiety attack which was nice. The oddest thing is that, I can strip in front of my acting class (same peers) but, I can’t get up in Vocal Pro and say the lyrics of a song in front of the same people. I am really ridiculous.
I was passed the sweetest note of all time after I presented a map of my world today (a huge posterboard about me!) and it seriously made my day.
I am currently sitting at home on the couch decoding a Shakespeare sonnet and diffusing the idiocy that went on today (in my defense).
My housemate is being really overdramatic tonight (so. much. fun.) Tomorrow, I plan to run away (to the park) and write and write and write.
